After on and off for the last 12 months, its time to really kick my *kitten* into gear and stick with this, at 42 and feeling now the strain of excess weight from a health side of things I think my days of the back of the shop racks to the 'Fat section' as I call it need to be over.

See you on the thin side hopefully :)

    Welcome! This is actually my first post but I figured I'd say hi to somebody else with it haha. I just joined this a few days ago and I am super excited about the control I finally have in my life! See you on the other side!
  • I am also just starting back. I have been on and off and am afraid I have compromise my health drastically. I am making a choice to be healthy. An easy start for me is to cut out the soft drinks. I am sure that would equate to 500 to 1000 calories per day. I need to lose 75 pounds. Yikes.

    Keep encouraged.

    Welcome back! I too am just returning from an on again off again spurt. I've restarted the 30 Day Shred to keep me motivated and on track. I have 25lbs to lose. See you on the thin side!!

    Yup, lets go for it peeps..I'm sure like me you are all fed up of browsing the fat racks for lovely clothes which are rare to find
    ( usually damned browns and blacks)

    Will be great to check in every couple of days to see how everyone is doing :)
