O.N.E. Weigh Systems

I am back after a 4 month break. Is anybody out there doing the one weigh systems program? It is similiar to the Ideal Protein program. I am sure some of you have heard of it and are probably following that program. I was looking for a support team for the one weigh if anybody is following it.

    I don't know what Bump means? The program I am following is the Optifast program. Is anybody else out there doing optifast?
