I have started the strong lift program and really like it. I can only get to the gym twice a week but can do stuff at home the other days. So what would be something else I can add to do at home? I used to lift a lot and was in good shape. I got married and my health got away from me. Now I'm trying to get in shape to just keep up with the kids. I'm male 33 6'2' and way 328lbs. I am doing the strong lift program the 2 days I go to the gym but looking to add more, either at home or in the gym. Thanks for any help guys

food pushaways is probably your most useful lift if you're still hitting it hard 2 days a week.

Since you're only lifting twice a week, I would do 1 HIIT session a week and maybe 2 more sessions of low to moderate intensity cardio.

Edit: I'm not sure what your level of fitness is, but don't start HIIT until you're in decent shape.

I started at 320, no way was I going to do some HIIT then.

HIIT on a stationary bike would be OK.
