    If you're using IE 5, I think it's that green arrow thingy up at the top. I use Mozilla so I've got a blue arrow thingy.

    Try hitting the F5 key, thay is where my refresh is on my Gateway, with windows vista :flowerforyou:

    IE 7 doesn't have a refresh button.... just use F5
