    Oh I hope this works....here are my success pictures! When I started MFP I had already lost 25 pounds from my heaviest, but with the help of MFP I lost another 12 pounds! I never thought I would get under 140, but with hard work and dedication I did it and now trying to maintain it! If I can do it you can too!!!

    Height: 5'4"
    Starting Weight: 160
    Initial Goal Weight: 130
    Current Weight: 123

    The first is from 2010 and somewhere around 320lbs. The second is after 165lbs lost. The weight loss has really slowed over the last few months but this is my progress thus far. I would like to lose another 20 if I can.

    Well i'm 5"2' and I have lost 80lbs...I still have 80 pounds to lose but I can see a lil difference.. :( Still a lonnnnnng way to go

    you are exactly the same senario...I am 149 and need to get back to my wedding day weight 134!!! I will be happy with 137-138 at this point! Great Job

    11 months ago I weighed 136kg. I am 90kg now. Weightlifting mostly, can't do cardio cos of knee problems.
