2 T. melted virgin coconut oil
scant 4 T. cocoa powder (I like my chocolate dark like nobody's business)
1 T. agave
Mix and freeze. I put mine in a silicone baking cup and covered with saran wrap. Actually, to be more specific, I put a spoonful in said baking cup, then a mixture of pumpkin and peanut butter (all natural kind with only peanuts and salt), then another spoonful of cocoa-coconut oil-agave mixture. A few hours later - super dark homemade peanut butter cup. Maybe you could add more agave or even powdered milk if you prefer milk chocolate to dark. This creation inspired by chocolatecoveredkatie.
