Annoying how this thread got moved, thanks for making a new one.
Here's some recent noms throughout the week:
Chicken, peppers, egg stirfry:
Salmon, green beans, zucchini
Spinach salad with egg, turkey, zucchini, yellow squash, jalapenos, turkey. Toast and an apple too
Chicken pesto sandwich
Holiday dinner: Grilled plantains appetizer, ayamashe main course (goat meat, "remo sauce", rice and a fried plantain)

Had a fine lunch, benefits of working from home, wanted to share (brag).
Mahi Mahi cooked in butter and white wine and topped with mild peach chipoltle salsa.

I'm loving all the smoothies on here lately.
Smoothies and eggs are my fave so these last few days have been heaven for me.
I'll be posting soon - just saving some up for to make it worth my while once I'm at a computer6 -
Pls could I have the recipe for the smoothie? That looks lovely. It's so hot here at the moment I could do with cooling down with one of those!

And easy vegan dish! Grilled seasoned potatoes, tomatoes, and mushrooms on top of garlic and olive oil couscous.14 -
Homemade turkey burger (250 calories / 150g burger thanks to some little veggies hidden in the meat) and vegetable potato-carrot-onion pattie (120 calories / 100 g pattie). Served with a salad with no dressing. Big full meal.
Mediteranean chicken (with red bell pepper, onion, olives, carrots and diced tomatoes) and some wedges.

The paesano from Paesanos (Beef Brisket, Horseradish Mayo, Roasted Tomatoes, Pepperincino, Sharp Provolone & Fried Egg)
Christmas Carol Crunch from Franklin fountain (This elaborate dish features ‘Cheery’ RUM RAISIN Ice Cream, Fresh and STICKY PUDDING CAKE, spiced and rum-spiked CURRANTS, topped by candied ENGLISH WALNUTS, and pools of housemade HOT CARAMEL sauce)
