NSV 30 day Shred

I love reading all the success stories here & mine is *mini* compared to most you read here. But, I still wanted to share so it could maybe encourage atleast 1 other person. It's the reason I come to this area of the website-for encouragment by reading everyone's stories! :)

I check measurements & weight every Monday. 13 days ago I started Jillian's 30 day Shred workout dvd. I have taken 1 rest day so far. So today will be day 12 of my journey with Jillian. In the last 14 days total of counting calories & exercising, I have lost 13 inches from my body! (And 4.6 lbs). It seems like such a short amount of time to lose that amount of inches & I'm excited that all my hard work is paying off.

If anyone else is doing the 30 day shred, stick with it! I have been amazed with the results so far & I'm not even half way through it yet! Level 2 is kicking my butt right now, well actually my shoulders to be exact. ;) But the burn & sweat is worth the results, imo!

    They are great results... I am on day 16 but I have been taking 1-2 rest days a week. Keep up the good work!

    Great job. Level 2 is kicking my butt too but it'll be worth it in the end.

    Also, correction to my original post! Today was day 13, not 12! I'm horrible sometimes with keeping track of what day I'm on which is why I try to post what day I completed on my homepage/profile to remind myself. :) I didn't post yesterday's so I got off on my count!

    I just finished day two of 30DS. I hurt. A lot. i've also started C25K in the past week. I think both of them together have me exhausted
