40's in an interesting time...........all I know is that I have to work a lot harder and stay focused - not always easy! Anyone out there in their 40's that would like some support??

    Gonna be 43 in March. Could always use some support - and yeah, this is a different time, totally. I'm trying to lose fat, while building muscle - and for the first time, too much cardio = muscle loss for me. Really challenging!

    43 in two weeks... feeling better than I have in many years, but it's been A LOT of work! Love supportive friends my own age that understand the struggles...
