I joined this page a few days ago and i have already lost lbs! im doing great and eating right! i want more friends to encourage me to keep going!
this page is helping me out tremendously! i have a long way to go but am already feeling better!!

    I'm about a month in and can understand your excitement ... it is cool seeing those first lbs. burn off. Keep at it!
