Cardio vs strength training

Ok, so I am over weight by about 50 lbs.
What do I focus on RIGHT NOW?
Cardio or toning? I know I have some sort of muscle under all the fat..lol...but do I start toning and cardio right now or get rid of the fat first, then tone after so that you can actually see progress?

  • Cardio burns calories for that hour you are doing it, good. Weight training burns all day long, better. Even best, super set your weight training so you sweat and keep your heart rate up. That way you combine both and will enjoy the burn all day long.
