Dry meat dishes like tikka, brown chapatti, lentil daal, anything with a tomato and vegetable sauce.0

Tandoori meats, veg, stay away from the sauces, many are loaded with ghee (butter). Naan is also a big calorie bomb.0

kulchas, rotis (indian breads), dal (lentils), tandoor preparations.0

I hear ya... If I'm ordering Indian, I don't usually pay much attention to what I order, but rather how much of it I eat.
I usually get chicken korma, plain or garlic naan and mixed raita and that'll last me like 3 meals. And daaayum is it tasty!
Thanks....now I'm hungry. For korma. Ugh.0 -
Naan, veggie pakora, butter chicken, gulab jamun0

I stick to the Lamb because it's pretty lean.0

When I'm eating authentic Indian, I just don't worry about it and enjoy myself and order the things that I love. It's not like I do it everyday.0
