I just completed (kind of) the day 4 work out. I did one round in about 15 minutes or so then realized I need to wake the kids up for school. I will be doing these again later this afternoon, I just have not decided if I will just do 3-4 rounds of the modified exercises instead of the regular ones. Good luck everyone. I really liked the workout today.

I'm behind.but i completed day 2 workout last night and wanted to puke like 3 times lol did you find day 4 workout to be just as strenuous?(i didnt do any of the modified workouts)
sidenote: my chest hurts the worst. i guess im not used to pushups! i fee great overall though!0 -
Its day 4 and im debating between the beginner workout or modified. Part of me is say go all out but another part is saying DONT DO IT!! LOL I tell you what I have new love for water:drinker:0

u should push hard at first until you cant take it anymore THEN do the modified...thats what i did last night instead of quitting...you are capable of more than you think!0 -
Hello, I did not realize there was a group on the 30 day challenge. I just completed Day #4. I ended up doing the modified workout.The intensity with the bouncing/jumping is what 's making me shy away from the intense version. I have a real fear of aggravating my sciatica. Last time I had a flare up , I lived with the pain for months & I am 10lbs short of reaching my goal.0

I just completed my second go at the Day 4 challenge. This time I did 3 rounds of the modified version in 15 minutes. I am still going to do the modified version one more time today, probably just before bedtime so I can get in the shower and go straight to bed. I LOVE THIS WORKOUT!0

I just completed day 4. It was fun. I only did one round in 20 minutes. My arms suck at push ups but I did it. Time to workout some more! Great job everyone!0
