It appears to be mostly due to fruit so IDK what to say but I would like to say gotta love the peach ciroc :-)0

I have the same problem! Just can't fit into the sugar micro goal no matter what
advice is appreciated!0 -
Personally, I just don't show sugar on my log.0

Yeah, I have this same issue everyday I'm over or pushing my sugar limit even though my calorie intake is down. I know this is one of the reasons I'm not loosing that layer of fat from stomach.
It's just really difficult because if you eat one apple you've pretty much maxed out 90% of your daily intake of sugar and these days everything is packed with it.0 -

Diary is locked to me. Eat more vegetables and less fruit, choose low sugar fruits like berries, red and black currants, grapefruit, rhubarb.0 -
2 servings of fruit a day and I'm almost always over. I'm going to start switching to sugar free coffee creamer in the morning and see if that helps (that's 10g right there).0

Eat less fruit and switch to grapefruit and berries because they're lower in sugar. Sugar isn't necessarily bad, it just causes more sugar/simple carb cravings so it's a good idea to limit it. Complex carbs like oats and veggies don't seem to cause those cravings.0

MFP doesn't differentiate between natural sugars and added sugars. I wouldn't stop eating fruit just because this counter doesn't separate them, the benefits of fruit outweigh it.0
