    Awesome, thanks for posting!

I don't have a working oven but I do have a slow cooker....now I can avoid buying a cake for my upcoming Birthday...and have a yummy homemade one with a reasonable amount of calories! :)
  • Down here in New Zealand that is a staple dessert known as Self-saucing Chocolate Pudding, I have grown up eating it but have never thought to throw it in the crock-pot. Thanks.

This one is the same thing but in a microwave - definitely not low calories but delicious. Like New Zealand, Chocolate Self-Saucing Puddings as we call them, are a staple in Australian kitchens!

I have also done a Banana Caramel one, just fiddle the ingredients.

    Microwave – Dessert - Choc. Self-Saucing
60g butter, melted in pyrex pudding bowl
1 1/2 cups Self Raising Flour
    1/2 Cup Castor sugar
    1/4 cup cocoa powder
    3/4 cup milk
    1 tspn vanilla essence
    1 cup brown sugar
    1/3 cup cocoa powder, extra
    2 cups boiling water
Place butter in Pyrex pudding bowl, melt for 45 seconds on HIGH. Stir in flour, sugar, cocoa, milk and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Combine brown sugar and extra cocoa. Sprinkle over pudding mix. Gently pour boiling water over all. Cook 12-13 minutes on MEDIUM. Allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving. Serve hot with icecream.
10 mins to cook, serves 6+

Another amazing thing to try for a quick chocolate treat - google 5 minute chocolate mug cake - I usually make it in a small dish and share with three others, the recipe is for one but it would be too much I think. Dead easy.
