    I have found a love for cauliflower this recipe is going to be great i have a whole cauliflower sitting in my fridge as we speak thanks. do you know how many calories?

    Just a quick estimation, if you nix the pepperoni and use just veggies you should be at around 200-300 calories for half of the pizza.

    It was actually very tasty despite my mistake in not cooking the crust first!! The cauliflower crust gave it a much greater depth of flavor than a standard homemade crust would! Plus I didn't have to knead it forever. :tongue:
