Hybrid DVD workout program wanted

I am looking for a 30-60 day Hybrid workout program to start when I finish Jillian Michaels Body Revolution. I've heard good things about Insanity, Chalene Extreme, Turbo Fire, Hip Hop Abs etc. so if anyone knows a good Hybrid day by day they can post that would be great. I want a combination of cardio and strength/weights so that would be ideal and I'm looking for a 6 day programme with workouts for no more than 40-45 minutes each.

Any ideas or anyone know of any that exist like that?

    I've done Insanity, and am now doing Chalean Extreme and think I might do a hybrid of the 2 once I've finished the full program. I found Insanity was just way too much intense cardio. I am absolutely adoring Chalean Extreme and she throws in 2 cardio days a week (out of 5). I might even do Turbo Jam afterwards, I like Chalene Johnson so much.

    Good idea! The only thing is I wouldn't realy know how to go about it as I wouldn't want to miss out any body parts for the strength training side of it. Insanity sounds very intensive and I would like to do it but I'd prefer to concentrate on strength so need to figure out a hybrid which doesn't involve doing Insanity every day!

    Not sure if these qualify as Hybrid workouts, but I have a number of the Biggest Loser DVDs. It is cardio and strenght training and I find it to be a lot like the 30 day shred dvd I have. I haven't seen Body Revolution to compare these other Biggest Loser Videos.

    For example the dvd I did Monday, was 4 different 10 minute work outs with 2 5 minute warm up cool down. The first two were mainly cardio, some plank work in the first, lots of squat work in the second with plank as well. The second two were Bob Harper as the trainer and you did lots of squats and lunges with upper bod work as well (with weights). All in all it was an awesome workout, took about 50 minutes. I burned 595 calories and really have been feeling it in my legs and arms today. I have 3 different Biggest Loser videos and they are all like this, probably cost $10 a piece. Much cheaper than the Insanity, ChaLean extreme program. Other thing you can customize which segments you want to do in a day, so you could easily switch them around and have lots of different combinations.

    Ok, I'll have to do a bit more research and maybe I'll invent my own hybrid. I haven't seen any of the biggest loser DVDs before.

    Beachbody have produced a Chalean Extreme/ Turbofire hybrid which I enjoy.

    I went on to P90X after I finished Body Revolution, but they're closer to an hour long. I don't do the Ab Ripper portions.

    My wife and I have done TapoutXT and I thought it was really good. It's a bit more intense than Chalene's stuff, and probably on par with Insanity, but a little less cardio focused.

    I'm on week 9 of the 20-week hybrid of Chalene Extreme / TurboFire. I LOVE it.

    I've also done Tapout XT and love that, too. It's 90 days.

    I'm currently doing a P90X and Insanity Hybrid. I just started yesterday so I can't give too much of an opinion about the split BUT I plan on doing it for around 84 days and see what happens. I know the time won't work for you in P90X and that's why I never did the complete thing, but I think as a hybrid with Insanity I can handle doing it a few days a week a little longer. Chalean Extreme is a great program too for strength but I just couldn't get with it. The movements are much to slow for me I think. My brain will wonder if I don't feel engaged.

    Hey I just found this hybrid posted on the web. It's only 10 weeks which is the kind of length I'm looking for max and it;s a Hybrid of Chalean, Insanity and a little P90X which I think will fit in with my time schedule but I'm not sure what Fountain of Youth Yoga, does anyone know?

    P90X Yoga X is a 90 minute workout. You could probably get by doing just the first 50 minutes vinyasa portion though. I HATE yoga, so I only did the first part my first time through the program. I plan to ditch it entirely for round 2.

    Ok but what's Fountai4n of Youth Yoga? I have another Yoga workout I could do in its place.

    Does anyone have Chalean/Turbofire hybrid?
