I got a flat tire today.
I didn't have a jack so I just dead-lifted the car for the guy.
In fact Im still holding it as I write this. With my left hand because I cant text with my right.

I can lift a toddler, shopping bags, a purse and diaper bag ALL AT ONCE, while wearing hills... HA!

Those hills get me every time.

I was told that if a dude has to tell everyone how much he can bench he lying!! I bet most of you are lying about the bench press , come on! Its like how women will shave off 5-10 from their weight ...those are just numbers, but if you look good , you look good!!

Then they all have the same disadvantage, right?
But good call, the numbers in this thread do seem inflated, maybe.

They are just high by MFP standards. Even a 600 deadlift would be weak on most serious weightlifting forums
