Springing SIXERS Week 6!

Morning all!
Okay...had a HORRIBLE weekend eating-wise and I got absolutely NO exercise! I am totally disappointed in myself...but that's life. I unofficially checked the scale this morning and I am up FIVE pounds! ARGH!!! I'm going to drink TONS of water today and hope that helps before final weigh-in tomorrow!!! I am SO mad at myself! And I no there are no excuses, but I felt miserable since last Thursday and Kadence hasn't been sleeping like at all until last night (FINALLY!) So, I'm feeling great today and planning on getting in a run tonight and eating great all day!
Here's the plan for today:
B-Rice crispies with skim milk, 2 c. coffee with 4 tbsp. sugar-free creamer
S-banana, trail mix bar
L-Turkey, 1 oz. cheese, lettuce and honey mustard on wheat bread, baby carrots, yogurt
S-Gala apple
D-Grilled chicken salad with spritzer dressing with lots of veggies!
S-Pinapple and cantelope...YUM!
Exercise plan:
2 mile run with Kadence, 15 minute Ab workout!

Hello sixers,
Had a busy weekend with not the best eating habbits but did not go completely overboard. Looking forward to the next 6 weeks and getting into a good routine.
I know it will be a little crazy because we are moving apartments at the end of June, but hope to stay on track the whole time.
Hope everyone has a great weigh in tomorrow, will get on later to do personals.

Hey Ladies... Just stopping by to say hello. I got on the scale after I dont know maybe 5 weeks and I'm 200.4! Not bad, I made that decision knowing I wouldn't have time to focus on my weight until I settled into the job and new location more. I think of you ladies often and soon I know so I will be back into my normal routines, like having the internet at home! LOL, yes this is from work, where it is illegal.

about 2 weeks ago we had eaten out on saturday, no biggie, than ate out again on sunday, both buffets. this set me into a tail spin. i had been so good about just watching what i was eating and limiting things. got that taste and have been slowly going down. i want so badly to get back into my 18s again. i was just 3#s away from 199. i had lost over 80#s. i want that back. so for me right now i need to be on something that is telling me what i can and can't have. than when i hit my first goal of 195. i will readjust. in the process i am learning to listen to my body on when it needs food. the new meds are good appetite suppressant. which for a food addict doesn't always help. reteaching my mind.

Yes, I understand it. I'm like you, I need structure. And I can stick to anything rigidly. But as soon as I go off just a little, it is a tailspin for me too and hard to get back on the wagon. This weekend was that for me. But I didn't do TOO bad yesterday. Hopefully this new challenge will help out.
