Most accurate way would be to use a HRM and log in your calories manually by creating your own exercise. If you don't have a HRM, then log it as circuit training; that's what most people do for P90X.0

well if it is designed like P90 then I would log it as Aerobics-high impact, if not and you feel it is low impact or unsure you can either choose aerobics general or aerobics low impact. hope this helps!0

Enter your info here: http://teambeachbody.com/eat-smart/nutrition-tools/caloric-needs and set your daily goal to the amount it gives you. It will tell you how much you need to eat to maintain your weight as well as how much you need to lose weight.0

I read on a beachbody blog that for P90 1/2 it would be @ 300 calories, and P90 3/4 @ 400 calories. I do a lot of the beachbody workouts and usually estimate about 10 calories per minute which seems to correlate with what I'm reading elsewhere. Hope that helps!0

I also do the Power 90 workout. I log the cardio abs day as cardio and the other day as strength training.
I felt like that was most accurate for me as I managed to lose the first 15 lbs that way. I guess if it was wrong, I didn't know it.

Heart Rate Monitor.
The beachbody calorie needs calculator is very accurate though. It goes by height, weight, age, AND exercise program (including Power90).0 -
thanks! :happy:0
