    It only does its job if you are working out when you take it. You can't expect results if you take the stuff by itself

    I took them over a year ago and they temporarily curved my appetite but then I was back to normal again. They get great reviews tho lol.

    That's the general consensus of diet pills/aids in general, which means it's not the product that is helping you, but your lifestyle changes. Ergo, one could achieve the same results without the diet aid, saving you money in the process.

    You know what diet pill did work without changing diet and you didn't need to exercise? Smart Burn! I think it might have had something to do with the ephedrine though ; )

    Worked great at appetite suppression for me. But I have pre-existing GI issues and it made me unbearably nauseous. Start with the lowest dose especially if you're caffeine sensitive.

    If you are military or an athlete, oxyelite original formula contains 1 3 dimethylamylamine, which is now a banned substance in military, some athletics and some emergency services professions
