My friend that lifts heavy...

I think the pictures speak for themselves, but this is a good friend of mine and what heavy lifting actually looks like.

This first one is obviously at a competition where she won 1st in her class and 1st overall for women's figure. Notice her bulky legs (not). Also, she is heavily spray tanned so that her muscles pop for the competition (I wanted to show this picture because even at the peak of her fitness, she was no where near bulky). Otherwise, the other three pics are her everyday look.
