Which % deficit from TDEE help please

Hi :)

I apologise if this has been asked previously but I am basically near enough the weight I want to be now (but ideally would like to lose another 5-10lbs slowly) and feeling great after discovering I now love exercise! I have set my macros to 40-30-30 as would like to fuel my workouts nicely and am enjoying the new muscle definition I'm developing but wanted to check that, since I still need a calorie deficit to lose to begin revealing more muscle what % is recommended to take from your TDEE

Thanks for any help and apologies again if this is something obvious I have overlooked.

    Most people do 20 percent when they are trying to lose significant amount of weight. Seeing you only have a few lbs to lose I would aim for no more than 10 percent.

    I'd say 10% as well.

    The closer you get to goal the smaller the deificit should be so yes 10% now is probably about right then drop it to 5% when you think you are really close.
