How many carbs do you eat/day per meal? Do you use MFP's settings or customize to go lower??? Maybe this question has been asked before and this is why people won't answer....but I get too many hits on google for this topic.

I don't typically count (or worry much about) my carbs, but looking back over the past few days they've been 131, 204, and if everything goes as planned today, 126. Is there a specific reason you're looking to limit them?0

I have my macros set to 30% carbs.....most days I hit that. It's about 125ish grams a day.
You can choose any macro setting you like. Lots of people do well with lowER carbs, like what I have chosen. The default setting here is 55% carbs, which is also perfectly doable and will work for weight loss, too. I just happen to like more fat in my diet, so something had to go - and it wasn't going to be protein.0 -
Oh, and I think it matters where you're getting them from. I get mine mainly from fruit and veggies (did you know a pepper has 7 carbs in it, and an apple almost 20!). I also eat beans, brown rice, and quinoa, which are all higher on the carb scale. I will tell you I did a low carb diet where I stayed in ketosis for 2 months and felt great, but that wasn't something I could sustain long term so I decided to get on here and use common sense and moderation.0

I have MFP set to 50% carbs. Last 5 days have averaged 240 carbs/day.0

If i don't actively try to hit a number, my carbs % usually ends up in the 30-35% range, just because I the way/things I like to eat. Personally, I like a balanced diet where my macro %s all end up in the 30's.
With my bodytype (meso-endo) and my personal experience, 40% is about as high as I can go. Any lower than 20% though and my resistance training workouts lack intensity and I'm even moodier than usual.0 -
I set my macros to 40c/30p/30hf. MFP's defaults are 55c/15p/30f I believe. 40/30/30 is also known as the "zone" or "zone diet." It's really helped in improving my blood work.0

I try to hit 80% of calories. I usually end up at 70%, 15% fat, 15% protein.0

I've been hitting consistently 70-90g carbs for the last month and will be doing so until my wedding, April 5th.
But my macros are typically set to 45C, 30P, 25F.0 -
It's all over the place here. Between 120 and 160 most days though. My macro says 204. I've only hit it once.0
