What will you do once you've reached your goal?...

Just wondering what other people plan to do once they accomplish their goal...Stay with MFP and continue to log their food diaries or say goodbye.

I personally plan to stay with MFP and stay on track...what will you do? :happy:

    I will stick wtih MFP and continue to log food and exercise. I have 20 lbs. to go so I feel like my "maintenance" phase is really far off in the distance. One day at a time.

    I've reached my goal. I have stuck with MFP to maintain, it just helps me stay on track. I like knowing what I'm putting in my body and MFP allows me to do that :)

    Thanks for your input! I remember reading not to long ago that someone made it to their goal and was "out of here" I just think for myself, I need to stay accountable.

    I plan to stay on MFP or at least some other logging tool for maintenance. For one thing, it will take alot of getting used to, eating at maintenance levels, so it will be good to keep track. For another, I have read that people who continue to log after they loose, keep off the weight over the long term. that is what I am here for. the long term. :)

    Pretty much this. Shedding the fat suit is really only step 1 for me...many more steps to follow. I probably won't be as religious about logging as I am now; I think I've learned enough here to know what a serving of something looks like and how much of whatever I can eat to maintain my goals. I pretty much think I'll go to intuitive eating and will most definitely stick with my Mediterranean/South Beach inspired dietary lifestyle.

    Although I am far from reaching my goal, I feel I am going to set a new goal. Whether it be actually gaining weight due to LBM (and the cycles to get there), or just maintaining my weight. There will also be fitness goals I wish to achieve which MFP is a good resource for information to succeed.
