Baked apples in a bag.
I just made this recipe using a Granny Smith apple. Poured it over 1/2 a cup of oatmeal, yum! It's super easy and quick, took me a whole 3 minutes. 2 mins to cook and 1 minute to cut the apple and add the ingredients.
