    potato chips and french fries. I always think I can just eat the serving size listed on the bag of chips but I never could. so i do my best Not to buy any.

    Almonds, pure raw unsalted Almonds, I could eat my weight in them! I cannot imagine not having a bag or canister of them by my chair in the den! They are my snack, my dessert, my crunchy chew, chew chew! Gotta have them nearby.

    I have given up wheat and do not crave or miss it, do not crave much of anything anymore but have to have my Almonds!
