Damn you, shark week!

Hey ladies,

Just jumped back on the keto wagon a few days ago after about a year (yikes) off. I was excited to see my initial water weight loss, but this morning when I weighed myself, I was at 155 (up from 150 the previous day). I assume this is shark week related water retention, but I am kind of freaking out nonetheless. I guess I'm just looking for a reminder that it'll all be okay once the week is over, and then I'll start to see some loss.

Right? Right?!

    It's definitely better after the week. I gained close to 9 pounds right before shark week. It's very discouraging.

    I completely commiserate. Not only do I gain 8 lbs, I also like to eat all of my groceries in one sitting. I really need to work on that :(
