Saturday, April 20: Long Cardio Day

If you need rest, you can take today off. If you have the energy, get that heart rate up for at least 45 minutes – If you can do 60, even better.

Suggestions: (Jogging, swimming, power-walking, aerobics, bike riding, etc…)

    Yes! 60 minutes spinning and 2 hours of walking!

    Saturday April 20
    Did 30 min on elliptical, and walked 1hr and 15min.
    Then worked in garden for 3 hrs!
    Got it done as far as the cardio, but still more to do in garden...

    I did a slow cardio day as I worked in my community garden for 21/2 hours in the after noon.
