Thursday, April 18: Long Cardio Day
The type of cardio you do today is up to you, but we want you to get your heart-rate up for at least 45 minutes – If you can do 60, even better.
Suggestions: (Jogging, swimming, power-walking, aerobics, bike riding, etc…)

I know that I have zumba tonight and I always do something at home during the day, I just haven't decided what I want to do yet!! I'm thinking about going for a walk to get my hair cut!! Then I have to walk up "cardiac hill".
Yep, I'm thinking that might be my thing today!! It's looking like it could rain any second however, if I start getting rained coming up "cardiac hill" it would make me walk a little faster.......LOL

I walked for 35 min. and going to zumba tonight....after that....I'm done but posting early0 -
Ok - how did long cardio days go to Tuesdays & Thursdays? I did my tabata class with core so it was a total body work out one day early.0

Thursday the 18th, did 60 min pilate class at gym, and rode bike 60 min for 14+ miles.
Our nursery has begun to take several hours per day of my time, and of course the mornings I teach until 12 noon. For this reason, I have had no time to get on the computer and log in regularly for several days. I am still working on this whole heartedly though!
