    WOOHOOOOO:smile:
I absolutely can relate to the fear of failure that you describe.
I have been attending a weekly group (in person) and writing down calorie/fat/fiber intake. Soon we will be moving on to monthly meeetings and I worry about the reduction in face to face time. I know that I have MFP that will continue to be a support but not the same as the face to face.

    thanks for posting:flowerforyou:

i am coming up on 52................ as mentioned I have been logging intake. Activity has been minimal d/t hip issues, however I recently started 30DS and need to get in the water!!!

    I have been aiming for
    12-1300 calories per day
<32 grams fat per day - some days a bit more, but usually always under ~38 grams
    fiber ~22 grams per day
    a balance of fruits/vegetables/protein

there is a lot of information posted regarding percentages and calories. If you use the MFP site and plug in your current information and goals - you will have a suggested meal plan to meet your goals.

    Best to you all:smile:

Hi Pinksands! You can add me. I'm 47ish...and MFP is great. Failure is a learning opportunity...it helps you figure out what works and what doesn't-don't be afraid of it on this journey. It's an up and down ride but so much to learn from it..you'll get there. Keep reading the posts and the experiences of other MFP folks and you'll find your own successes too! Jump in!
  • Thank you much!! and Im sending fried request now
