May 4th had to be a rest day as I was in Hickory (near by town to Northeast of here) all morning and in Gastonia (near by town to south of here) all afternoon. One at a Daylily Club meet and one at the Monarch Nutrition sign in for cardio class 3 days week this month. This will be the second 4 wk stint of cardio in a challenge that Herbalife has going on. I do the Herbalife shakes for breakfast almost every morning and sometimes for lunch, then have a colorful meal of veggies/fruits and protein for dinner.
Still doing my bike every day, and 2 days of strength, abs and pilates classes. Gonna reach this goal I have set for myself. May not get there by the date I opted for, but will certainly be close. Oh, did the May 1, 2, 3 things. Holding balance on the one point row is the pits for me, sometimes it works but often have to put leg down or touch it to a wall, while doing these. Balance is awful for me.
