Why would you want to cut back on such a healthy fruit serving? :drinker:

Wine is made from grapes. Grapes have water in them...so in a way wine is kinda like flavored water so I would count it as a water intake. ^_^ You are doing great!

wELL said babycakes thank you for clarifying that for me and the encouragement ! I knew there was no such thing as too much of a good thing! and vino is damn good!!!!

Everything in moderation.. Now if you eat a loaf of bread and block of cheese to counter act the wine.. you should be fine.

Its like my daily ritual usually. After work I hit the gym, then shower up then dinner with wine...............and wine night cap afterwards. I know they say a glass of wine a day is good for your heart. Im averaging about a bottle of Merlot a night. Do you think I might be overdoing it a bit?

I do work out alot and take a daily multivitamin!

Here's a question right back at you: are you getting leaner? If your answer is yes then why change anything and if you aren't then you've got to look for some adjustments to get you back on track so yes a bit less wine may help.

I would just cut back. Have your glass at dinner and save the bottle for your cheat day!

It's a strange day, indeed, when we feel disinclined to drink. I prefer to imbibe in a glass or two of wine as the sun sinks farther into the west. It usually fits into my macros and I can't say I feel guilty about it at all.
That said, an entire bottle of wine would probably be fine over the course of an entire day, possibly even every day. I know I could drink an entire bottle of wine in one sitting (because I have), but I don't think I could do it every day. That's me, though; different strokes for different folks, as they say. Stay thirsty, my friend.

If it fits your macros (IIFYM)

I personally had to cut back on the wine, indulging only on weekends now, as it was in fact the very thing that was causing me to go over my cals.
