Too much natural sugar?

I'm a vegan and I eat basically only fruits and vegetables, and I usually end up taking in about 100 grams of sugar during the day. Most of it is natural, I only consume about 20g added sugar. Do I need to cut back? Is the sugar in fruit as harmful as added sugar?

There are people who will tell you it is. But sugar is the fuel your body uses. If you aren't gaining weight, aren't diabetic or have any other health problems and feel good, I'm pretty sure its not a problem.0

As long as you're not replacing protein with those sugars, I don't see a problem.0
