I am a 59 yr old woman who never lost her "baby fat: 38 yrs ago. My biggest problem is the opposite of most, I don't picture myself as overweight. Unless I am looking in a mirror, or see my stomach sticking out over my feet, I think I'm still 24 and 130 lbs! (I'm currently at 252, down from 259!) I'm eating better, exercising more, and feeling better, so I'm on the right track. My doctor even cut my diabetes meds in half because my sugars were so much better!
I'm thankful to MFP for letting me see just how many calories I was stuffing into my body so I could make the right choices for my weight loss journey.
