30 Day Shred starting tomorrow 7/28

Well I wanted to start on Monday but since I recently moved I had to find my workout videos and realized the 1 video I left was 30 day shred! So I went to my parents house tonight and picked it up and plan on starting tomorrow!
If anyone would like to join me then feel free! I miss Jillian kicking my butt everyday!

I just started this on Sunday...I plan to do it 4x a week.
I am just amazed at how hard the first couple work outs were..wasn't expecting that!
Love it though and look fowarding to con'ting with it :bigsmile:

Yes I do plan on doing it everyday, 10 days on each level (unless my body tells me it needs more or less days on that level) Plus they say if you do something for 21 days straight it becomes habit... so working out everyday for 21 days straight should definitely make this a habit!
I will be starting a new thread and I am starting the workout tonight after work. I plan on posting on the thread every day or at least a few times a week, so that anyone who wants to know more about the 30 day shred can. Also after I complete level 1 I will post pics of day 1 & day 10!0 -
I just started the 30 day shred yesterday on 7/28 as well. I am already feeling the burn from the two times I've done it! Anyways, I would love to have a "partner" doing it alongside me. I also plan to do it everyday, but I was thinking that I would do level 1 for the first week and then hopefully move up from there. I've also heard that 21 days makes something a habit
I am done with 2...so only 19 more days to go to make it a lifestyle change, right? haha hopefully. 0 -
