need help getting to my calories!

hey guys so i have question i eat 1470 calories daily but im having trouble meeting my goal and i am not hungry enough to eat a whole other meal what do you guys eat thats healthy but high in calories to meet your goals?

    Natural peanut butter
    Almonds or cashews
    Turkey pepperoni
    Hard boiled eggs
    Protein bars (I try to limit these to just the days I work out)
    String cheese (or any individually wrapped natural cheese)
    Full fat Greek yogurt

    raw nuts
    salmon
    tuna
    black beans
    sometimes as a treat a glass of red wine or a half cup of frozen yoghurt
