Doing it for ME!

I am on day one here, but I started this journey 36 days ago.
I am under a doctors care taking supplements and eating only nutrient rich fruits, vegetables and lean meats.
I weigh in every 28 days with my doctor.

Goal weight 120 max
Start weight 272 - 05/23/08
1st weighin 252 - 06/20/08
next weigh in - 07/18/08

My idols are Betty Page and Julie Newmar

I am 38, Married, 7 kids and step kids.

I cook 2 meals every meal time - one for me and one for them.

This change of eating and exercise is for me. Not for any of them

    Congratulations on the first month's weigh-in. :flowerforyou:

    I'm new here also, but it seems to me that maybe you shouldn't be making 2 different meals. The kids should be eating the same way you are so they will learn healthy eating habits from the start.
  • I have to make a diabetic diet for the family. All of them are underweight and have a diffrent diet than I do.
