Could I get the recipe for this...thinking about trying some tilapia
its superbly easy (mainly cause I don't like cooking fish in general. :P) Just buy cajun seasonings (i use mccormicks).
Preheat oven to 180C. Season the filet in a little pepper and salt first, and then coat it generously in the cajun seasoning, pop it in a foil and seal the foil up. Pop the fish in to the oven once preheated and bake for around 20 - 25 minutes, or until the fish flakes off your fork when you prod at it.0 -

cos lettuce, wild arugula (wild rocket), carrots, green onions, chocolate mint, lemon balm, cilantro, with an olive oil, lemon juice, dijon mustard, chive, & honey dressing. Admitedly it tastes better without the lettuce and rocket.0 -
Here's one of my favorite lunches.
Shirataki noodles with my homemade Balsamic Alfredo Sauce (using Ricotta!), ground turkey, mushrooms, and onions.
1 pkg Shirataki spaghetti pasta
1/4 cup Precious Low Fat Ricotta Cheese
1/4 cup whole milk
1 tsp Minced Garlic
2 oz. Zacky Farms 93/7 lean ground turkey
2 tsp of Balsamic Vinegar
1 white mushroom
1/4 of medium yellow onion, chopped.

Here is my meal #2 for the day out of 6. These are my ricotta cheese mini pancakes w/fresh strawberries. Excuse the foil!
1/2 cup of Kirkland Signature - Real Egg - 99% Egg Whites
2 tbsp Whole Wheat Flour (Stone-Buhr for me)
2 tbsp Precious Low Fat Ricotta Cheese
1/4 tsp Brown Sugar
2 medium strawberries, sliced
