    I read its not near as much as you think. I log it as a brisk walk round 130 calories a half hour thats what I read in I believe it was cosmo...

    Ya know, I am so glad you asked, because I wonder too. Thanks for reminding me cause i can add to my exercise log. :blushing: I always (depending on position) put down soemthing similiar like, sit ups, pushups or leg squats :bigsmile: because i wasnt really sure. :drinker:

    30min forplay 80 cal
    60min intercourse 470 cal
    15min oral(women doing it) 50 cal
    15min oral(male doing it) 75 cal

    easy way to calculate, per doc!

    if you have a 30 min play session it will equate to 15 min of swim time.

    so calculate 1/2 play time = swimtime

    lol that is funny... You could also find a man that can make it last a few hours...(they are hard ones to find... It took me 1 ex husband and two bf's before figureing out he was near me the whole time...My bf was my bestfriend for 7 yrs prior to us umm having fun)
