I just purchased this to try and help me track better my work-outs, daily caloric output and all of the other great details it can give~ does anyone else use this? How do you like it? Did it help with the weight loss journey? Thanks for any help! I am at the same weight I was this time last year because I just lost it over the winter~ but trying to start fresh again~ any help would be appreciated! Thanks so much and I hope you have a fabulous day!!

I have been using the armband for a few months and found that the biggest benefit has been just being aware of how many calories I burn vs. how much I eat. Very useful information to have.

I wear mine constantly becasuse I also like to monitor my sleep (I don't sleep well in general). I take it off to upload the data and recharge it in the morning while I shower. Usually I just forget I'm wearing it and go about my days. It links well with MFP for food intake, I've never had a problem, and it will adjust your calorie allotment based on the actual calories you burn. I think it's pretty cool technology.
