Moving!!!!!!!

We are in the process of moving and I have been putting in moving boxes into my exercise diary. I was shocked when I saw all the calories that i burned. I think that i might rearrange furniture all the time now! :laugh:

    I know! I had to do some stocking of a shipment of stuff at work because my assistant who usually does it was out on medical leave...imagine my surprise when I saw that I burned 1100 calories in an hour! I've decided to come in early to do part of his job a couple times a week now!
