I recently heard about this book and it looks interesting. I was wondering if anybody had read it/ followed the plan and what their feedback is.
Thanks!

Lots of people around here love NROLFW, and probably the best place to get info would be the MFP group.

Btw, it's awesome that you are interested in lifting. It is one of the very best things you can do for your health. Good luck!0 -
I finished stage one a few weeks ago and it's sparked a love of lifting I didn't know I had. I say go for it!
My stage one results: Lifting 3 times a week and eating at TDEE-20%

I was eh on the book and the workouts. I had been heavy lifting for a long time going into the book and wanted to try someone else's approach and I didn't care for the results. I also run a lot, so I scaled that way back and followed the recommended HIIT and it was too little for what I had been used to. I did enjoy some of the moves and have incorporated them into my regular lifting routine, but that's about it.0
