The month of June!

Okay, so I started this whole "better life" thing officially on June 1, 2008. I've wrote down everything & just a few minutes ago I compared my lifestyle now, to my lifestyle 30+ days ago.

When I was in school, I'd eat out about 4-5 times a week (including weekends) .. So that's approximately 16-20 times eating out a month!! Welllllll, I just calculated my progress & it's not the best, but it's a lot better.

Eating out = 9 out of 30 days.

& While I was in school, I'd come home & go straight to sleep (therefore; no exercise) & I absolutely hated going to the gym the days I did go (very rarely). So I say I'd exercise rough 5-7 times a month. & Once or twice a week. & I calcuted that progress too..

Exercising = 20 out of 30 days. (About 5-6 times a week)

I got pretty down on myself today because I ate McDonald's for breakfast, & then Chick-fil-a for lunch. (I know, baddddd) but I had a longggg, horribly day. 11 HOUR WORK DAY! Ugh. & I only got about 4 hours of sleep last night so I wasn't feeling too well & I ended up not exercising. So I felt pretty bad, & came home & of course ate somewhere. Went over approx. 1,000 calories. So anyway.. I decided I'd congragulate myself on my progress & count up everything I've done. & I'm very proud of myself for once!!

I let what I did go today, 'cause we all mess up!! & TOMORROW'S ANOTHER DAY. (Another 11 hour work day that is.. Blah) But I'm planning my meals & snacks early.. So hopefully I'll do better.
