Hey guys, I just don't know what to do. I'm on day 6 with my workout routines, and today I feel like I just want to eat everything! I haven't even been "dieting", just eating less crappy food and replacing it with healthier options! It's 10:30 am and I've already eaten a fresh fruit smoothie (w lowfat soymilk), weight watchers wheat bread with natural pb and jelly, and some stacy's pita chips(cinnamon raisin). It's almost embarrassing to write it down. But I literally felt like a bottomless pit. How do I avoid these?

If you're ravenously hungry, maybe you need to eat more? Especially if you've ramped up the exercise but not the caloric intake.

My coaches always tell us to have about 25 grams of protein after an intense workout. Also, how many calories are you burning in these workouts? If you are burning 500 and eating half that after, your body is in negative calories and will scream at you to eat.

I am ALWAYS hungrier days that I lift and work very hard to get enough protein those days. A smoothie with greek yogurt AND protein powder is in order on those days...its about 45 g of protein but keeps me from being so ravenous I have no self control in the kitchen.
