Is it trolling if sarcasm is blatantly obvious?

as long as it is actually sarcasm... and not just lying.
    For example -
Mr. BadAtSarcasm - "My dog died yesterday."
Ms. NormalPersonWithAHeart - "Oh that's terrible! I'm so sorry."
Mr. BadAtSarcasm - "Not really. I was being sarcastic! Duh! Haha! Oh I got you so good!"

This actually happened btw... >.> And the other person was not a 6 year old as might be expected by their glaringly obvious lack of neurological development.

i always wonder if someone makes an outrageous statement if it means they are trolling or just oblivious.

like if someone says The New Kids on the Block is better than The Beatles. or if someone thinks television in the 70s(or some other decade) is better than today's television.

Well some people have issues with social interaction and fail to comprehend the concepts of sarcasm and humor. Failed attempts at it are not meant to be offensive.

Or perhaps they just have an opinion different than yours?

Question for you... is it trolling to enter threads at random and proclaim that you are the ultimate authority on what is good or bad and that all opinions differing yours are wrong?

Things that make you go... hmmmm!

It doesn't seem random to me. I'd almost think someone might have a secret crush or two.

i view those people as angels...people who see a wrong(a horribly misguided opinion) and take the time and effort to "put right what once went wrong".

Quantum Leap hasn't aired in like 20 years.

    Your point is invalid!
