Hi, I am a 30 year old mom of 2 crazy, awesome, wild children ages 3 and 17 months...I have always had every intention of counting calories and watching my food intake, but I never had the motivation or drive to actually keep it up for more than a week or so. With this website and the app for my phone I feel like I can finally take charge of my consumption! It is such a great feeling and so helpful to be able to just plug in the foods I eat and get all the information I need.
So right now I am 5'5" and weigh in at 184lbs. My goal is to get down to 145, I hope I can make it. After my son was born I weighed 205 so I have made some progress, but I hit 179 and slowly have gained 5lbs back, so my hope is to continue on here and get myself back on track...next summer BIKINI (lol, well maybe)

I was in a similar weight position last year. I began to count calories and I used the lean cuisine and smart one meals to help me keep track of calorie and portion size until I could get body used to portion control. Then I gradually began mixing the meals with my own home cooked meals, and even going out to eat. Last year I went from 189 to 145. I joined this site to help me with those last 15 pounds that I am having trouble losing. I hope it works out! I know with your two small children you probably get a good workout chasing them around.
