Ouch- Leg Burn?

I ran 5 miles in my running shorts yesterday. At mile 4 I guess my shorts rode up & I have a wicked burn on my inner thigh. Two questions...is there something I can put on my legs before my run to prevent that & is there anything I can put on it now to make it stop hurting?
My shorts aren't too small or anything, they just rode up by the end of my run.

I had that happen and I started wearing running tight at a capri length. I second the corn starch.0
