i have a problem........im a big girl with BIG girls and i cant afford a new bra right now but i dont want them flying up and breakin my nose or giving me a black eye :laugh: ! lol how do i keep em in line?

I generally do three layers. the sports bra, a spaghetti strap with the shelf bra lining, and then whatever shirt I am wearing that day. Generally holds mine in place nicely.

I wear a sports bra some times 2 over my regular bra, cheaper than buying a special sports bra, and i am a 36 GG

Do you have any old sports bras?
When you can afford one, make it as much a priority as you can, a good sports bra is an absolute must if you're exercising with a heavy top half! Especially if you're trying anything high impact like running.

i dont know where my old one went i moved like 5 times over the last year and i dont do running bc of my knee and asthma and i will have to dig up my tank tops i still have some clothes in garbage bags from my last impromptu move

A roll of elastic bandage, the kind you use for a sprain. Get a long one or use multiple. They cost like $3-$5.... That being said, places like Target also sell sports bras for cheap, and hopefully would have your size.

I've done this before...
Wrap your chest in gauze, like the stuff you use for knees/elbows etc over your current bra.

It's cheap, and works.

Go to a second had clothes shop.. not sure what you call them over there but you can sometimes get brand new ones for only a couple of dollars and if it's not new then wash it .. it's only girl germs. Won't hurt you.

um wear a shirt that is not cut down to there. breast tissue is mostly adipose tissue as in fat, if you get smaller they will reduce

Taping and gauze are actually REALLY bad for your chest... If you can find a chest binder (like some transmen wear), that's a lot less dangerous.

I don't like what I read on your profile... "it said have my friends be jealous of me". Jealousy is a horrible feeling. Why would anyone want people they like/love to feel that? I wouldn't. It's a lot different to them thinking you look pretty/hot/sexy but for you to want them to be jealous is very very sad.

I used to wear 2 sport bras but that wasn't doing enough to keep them in place. Now I use Ennel bras 50$ but way worth it since I've been using it for about 6 months.

get a SMALL mens t-shirt (undershirt) and wear it--you can even cut them shorter to knot around your tummy. Keeps the girls at bay
