Ok we took last week off so it is back to work!

Monday..........get 2 cans of food, same weight and then just hold your arms straight out in front of you then pull lower arms toward you. Do 20

Tuesday............runners stretch....Can do these against the wall or door if need be. Bend knee on one leg then stretch other leg as far back as you can. Then do other leg

Wednesday...........chest stretch......bring arms behind you and hands together then pull arms up without hands being clasped. Chest out. Hold for a count of 10, repeat.

Thursday............tip toes....just rise up and down on your toes.

Friday............sitting on the floor, spread legs out to the side then gently stretch down to one foot, then the middle then the other foot. Hold each stretch for a count of 10 if you can. Can also be done on the bed.

Saturday..............sideways stretch...arms above head palms facing each other, then slowly stretch to the side hold then stretch to the other side.

Sunday.............take a nice Sunday stroll

    Today's challenge done! After I threw the wiffle ball to the boys for about 20 min, I did my rehab routine with my 1.5 lb weights. :laugh:

    I did todays challenge in the pool with water weights. My arms are so tired!!!

    I took three pound weights and held them out in front of me, but put arms out to side equal with shoulders and then back in front. I'm sure my arms will be hurting tomorrow. lol.
